CANADIAN CREDIT & DEBIT CARD INDUSTRY: COMPLAINT PROCESS
This is ACME’s commitment policy to complying with all regulations and provisions as they apply to the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada’s Code of Conduct for the Credit and Debit Card Industry. This Code of Conduct Policy describes how we handle and escalate code of conduct complaints received. We are committed to providing clear and honest pricing. If you believe that ACME has not complied in this area, please report the issue through the following process:
Your 1st action to report complaints:
1. Please file your complaint with the form below OR email your complaint to support@acmeticketing.com.
2. ACME will acknowledge the receipt of a Merchant’s complaint within five business days, and will resolve within 20 business days. If for any reason ACME is unable to fully resolve within that time frame we will contact you with an update on the progress and a projected date for completion of the review of your issue.
This response will include:
- A summary of the original complaint
- The final results of the investigation
- An explanation of the ACME decision
- Additional information on how to further escalate the complaint if not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation
2nd Escalation: If a resolution isn’t achieved through step one and you need to escalate your complaint, please escalate within ACME by sending your complaint to finance@acmeticketing.com.
3rd Escalation: If, after speaking directly with ACME, your complaint has not been resolved, please reach out to WorldPay at:
